I'm going to try this blogging thing out! =] Like most girls, I swoon over beauty products, so this blog will be focused on that. Here's a 40 question survey to get things going. (Taken from lollipop26 - love her!)


SKINCARE

-How many times do you wash your face daily?
Twice. Once in the morning and a second time before I go to bed.

-What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo)
Dry combination skin.

-What is your current facial wash?
Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser. This is my HG cleanser =]

-Do you exfoliate?
Rarely, my skin is too sensitive and I haven't found a good exfoliator for sensitive skin.

-What brand do you use?
None at the moment.

-What moisturizer do you use?
Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream or Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion.

-Do you have freckles?
Yeah, we have a love/hate relationship.

-Do you use eye cream?
It's a serum, actually. Olay Regenergist Eye Lifting Serum.

-Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
Yes. Especially if I don't keep up with my skincare routine.

-Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
Yes. To make a long story short: Fail.

MAKE-UP
-What foundation do you use?
I don't use foundation, and I never really have, but I've been meaning to try NARS Sheer Glow..

-How about concealer?
Smashbox High Definition Concealer in Medium. Looovve.

-Do you know your undertone color?
I'm neutral.

-What do you think of fake eyelashes?
I find them irritating -_-... But I think that might just be because I'm not used to them so I only use them on special occasions.

-Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?
Yes, but I find that most mascaras last for much longer. It totally depends on the brand and formulation of the mascara.

-What brand of mascara do you use?
Maybelline Full n Soft (swear by this stuff!).

-Sephora or MAC?
You're seriously making me choose? Haha.. next question..

-Do you have a MAC Pro-card?
Nope, wish I did!

-What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
I love using my fingers to apply my makeup, because most of the products I use are cream-based. I have a really wide range of makeup brushes too.

-Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
Mhmm, MAC Paint Pot in Soft Ochre. No creasing and your eyeshadows will stay on forever!

-For the face?
No, I try and minimize the amount of all-over face products that I use. It makes me feel over-done and somewhat uncomfortable.

-What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?
Neutrals <3

-Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
I don't like liquid eyeliner. Kohl pencil or cream liner on occasion.

-How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
Hardly ever, but sometimes I do when I'm trying to line my top waterline.

-What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
Not really my thing.

-Do you use mineral makeup?
Not at the moment.

-What is your favorite lipstick?
I don't like lipstick. Gloss and balm all the way =]

-How about lipgloss?
MAC Lipglass in Chai.

-What is your favorite blush to use?
MAC's Blushcreme in Posey! <333
But my current everyday blush is NYX Angel.

-Do you buy your makeup on ebay?
Never have.

-Do you like drugstore makeup?
Some, yes. When I find a really good drugstore product, it's really exciting haha.

-Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets)
Not really sure what those are, haha.

-Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?
Of course I would!

-Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
At times, especially if I'm in a rush.

-Name a makeup crime that you hate?
Not blending in harsh lines and when eyebrows look like they are literally drawn in with a Sharpie (ahh!).

-Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
I love my neutrals, thank you.

-Which celebrity always has great make up?
Rachel Bilson and Natalie Portman.

-If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use?
Mascara.

-Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
I do it all the time.

-Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
I look... alright haha. Not my best, obviously.

-In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?
MAC, and I think most would agree with me =]
I also like NYX because it's excellent quality, and it's SO affordable!

-What do you think of Makeup?
I love it! It's fun to play around with new products (and go shopping for it as well, haha). I think that some people think it's just packing on unnecessary things onto your face, but I think (if done right) it actually enhances your natural beauty.
